The city of Dallas built a brand-new animal shelter in 2007. The citizens of Dallas paid for it. So why are we still killing almost 80% of the animals that need shelter?
Now where's that bullet list that's usually appended??? Must be time to play hide the ball now that people are watching. I always love that. It shows FEAR and GUILTY CONSCIOUS; knowledge of wrong doing.
I'll scan and publish last meeting's minutes, as I have a copy of them at home. They were available online for a while at the Dallas City Secretary's Web site, but now they're gone.
Do you have any idea how long they were up? or the date they were published? The committees could be one way to get around some of the things they are doing and they give very little of what is happening in those when they show the minutes.
Do you remember any of what was in those minutes? Perhaps you should put them all up on this blog?

Where are the minutes from their last meeting? Why is that not available too?
